Bionanotechnology Research Group (BRG)

1. Introduction

The Bionanotechnology Research Group (BRG) is a multi-disciplinary research cluster, combining expertise in various fields of technology to deliver innovative solutions for wide-ranging applications. The group focuses on the application of a range of emerging technologies, including biotechnology, nanotechnology, and synthetic biology, are anticipated to revolutionize fields as diverse as health care, agriculture, and energy. BRG has strong ties with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Ton Duc Thang University.

2. Mission and vision

A vibrant multidisciplinary research community that would produce world-class knowledge and fosters the development of highly successful engineering and science professionals. The research team expects to be capable of bringing together expertise in various fields of technology to address numerous interdisciplinary problems involving molecular diagnostics, neuroimaging genomics, advanced plant breeding, multi-material and therapeutic applications. In this regard, we therefore aims to connect the professionals through a research-oriented network built on collaboration with industries, academia, and research organizations.
