This marks a significant step in implementing the University’s Fourth Five-Year Development Plan (2025–2030), aligning with the objectives of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW on comprehensive and fundamental education reform.
