The Ethics Research Council is the advisory body for the President to evaluate moral issues in teaching and scientific research.

The Ethics Research Council is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring policies related to ethics in teaching and research; reviewing and reporting on special cases involving ethical issues (and/or violations) in teaching and scientific research; advising on solutions to this case to submit to the President for decision.
