3 reports including the talk entitled “Multiscale modeling: from marco to micro/nano scales” presented by Dr. Thai Hoang Chien; the talk entitled “The Quantum Computational Chemistry Methods” presented by Dr. Nguyen Minh Tam; and the talk entitled “Introduction to Multiscale Molecular Dynamics Simulation” presented by Dr. Ngo Son Tung

The main author of this work is Dr. Bharath Kumar Velmurugan, the lecturer of Faculty of Applied Sciences at TDTU.

There were 2 reports in the seminar. Mr. Nicholas Pak shared the experience in using the Scopus database for scientific publishing, selecting appropriate journals, and studying of quantitative aspects of information. Thereafter, Ms. Gillian Ho introduced Scival, a very useful tool of Scopus, this tool makes scientific assessment and evaluation quicker and easier.
Dr. Gopalakrishnan Kumar was awarded “IJHE John O’M. Bockris Award” of International Journal of Hydrogen Energy.
The seminar was organized in an exciting atmosphere with many questions from TDTU’s lecturers and researchers.
Three prestigious ISI journals of the publisher Elsevier have recently hornoured Dr. Thai Hoang Chien, the researcher of Division of Computational Mechanics (DCM) of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) with his most cited articles.
